The Michael Teachings are a collection of material that was first channeled in the early 1970's, popularized in Chelsea Quinn Yarbro's book "Messages from Michael". The main focus of the popularized teachings (and there is much more in the original channelings by Sarah Chambers) has been about an examination of the structure of the soul and the energy chosen when choosing human form. This is called the "Michael System", "Michael Overleaves", "Michael Chart", or a variety of synonyms.
