levels of conscience in a person and in a soul 1 Year, 6 Months ago

So, I am a soul and have lived for thousands of years. but i am also a person and has lived for 35 years.
the level of conscience on the earth is rising, so what is my level of consceince, i take it it is lower than that of my soul ? So my soul must have consceince to a high level and I only have a little access to that ?
So I "took" a level of conscience that matched that of the earth ? Or is this just my level of consceince fullstop, and I am using my time of earth to rise it ?
I am confused.
Sorry about spelling.
2. What will the world be like in 3500 ?

Regarding conscience, you seem to be implying that there are absolute levels one must attain. A rank, so to speak, and more is better.
To be honest, I'm never too clear about what conscience is. The term has been used for guilt purposes as well as to arise compassion. The definition is usually used in terms of the ability to distinguish right from wrong, and I think as one gets older, one naturally lets go of the idea of absolute right and wrong.
I relate the concept, however, to the idea of awareness of interconnection. When the interconnectedness of everyone and everything is experienced, you naturally choose based on that. You don't harm another to help yourself, because interconnectedness would make it clear this harms you too. So I suppose you could say your essence has greater awareness of interconnection, but I don't like the idea of levels and ranks.

I think maybe you mean consciousness?
We are aspects of our souls. The soul itself has access to soul memories -- past lifetimes, between-life activities, astral activities, and a bit of the wider perspective that, for instance, Polaris has. Because our awareness is primarily that of the physical plane, that's where our focus is. But the soul has all the wisdom of its experience, all the past lifetimes and other experience, that we might not have as an aspect of the soul.
We all, theoretically, have access to anything our soul knows. But this can be challenging when our awareness is on a physical-plane level.
Yes, the overall focus of consciousness on the earth is changing. As individual souls, we have access to that overall global collective consciousness but we also maintain some individuality in terms of consciousness, simply because of differences in soul experience or focus of perception. That focus of perception ("soul age" ) may or may not be the same as the overall global consciousness. As individual souls, we choose an overall focus of perception in a given lifetime but that is always fluid; we are not "stuck" in one level of perception, but we might choose to maintain a certain range of perceptions.
AS far as your second question (what will the world be like in the year 3500) I'll come back to that and invite the perception of Polaris.
