Normally, we have very fixed ideas about what is possible. Life happens in a certain way, and so we create that reality. We have decided, and so life continues in that manner.

Instead, allow yourself to open up to all possibilities. Not just good ones, but everything, from the fantastical to the horrific to the comedic to the everyday. See how much empowerment there is when you do that in every moment.

Polaris speaks about global changes affecting the world right now and what you can do to remain centered in the core of your being with these changes occurring.

Polaris speaks about a spiritual practice focused on wanting nothing more than the next breath.  This is a very powerful way of being present, in the Now, and being fully alive.
