Each of the qualities of essence and personality can manifest as expansive (positive) or contracted (negative), or a spectrum in between. We have renamed positive to expansive to more accurately define these qualities without particular social connotations. The expansive pole is experienced when there is a free flow of energy from the essence through the personality, allowing the true nature of the energy to blossom. It manifests as having life flow well, a joyful feeling, and openness to connection to others and Self. |

The "four trues", or pillars, include: true play, true rest, true study and true work. These are activities that help you connect to essence and who you are and support you in working with your Life Task You are drawn to each of your "trues" on an intuitive level, but consciously understanding what they do can help you choose your supporting atmosphere. Play brings aliveness; rest brings presence and energy; study brings insight and focus; and true work directs you to your Life Task. |
