Polaris’ approach to answering my questions, ranging from the sublime to the everyday, is a gentle one, humourous and mainly, without any judgment. Advice and suggestions are practical, easy-to-do and yet, so profound – I learned to trust my ideas, dreams and insights much more. The audio meditation is powerful and grounding. Follow-up sessions are fun since Talyaa allows the freedom to simply be and ask whatever questions needed, of her and/or Polaris. Making this commitment was one of the best investments I’ve made in myself.
I’ve also found a wealth of information freely available on this website, ongoing support via the forum and truly appreciate that Karen offers guidance on how to choose what to work with. Thanks, Talyaa and Polaris, more power to you! :)
