Hi, I ordered the book about understanding yourself using the over leaf system. "a channel system for self understanding" I have read the seth speaks which I found quite hard going. So I hope that the Micheal Book will be easier.

On the interview you did with the radio program, you mentioned a spirit that did energy work, that sometimes came through from polaris. Do you know if she "written" a book at all ??

I believe you are referring to Aesha, who are one of the entities that are part of Polaris. To my knowledge, there is little material coming from them, partly because their focus is more on energetic teaching. They mostly provide artisan and server flavored energy.

It was previously channeled that many people who do energy work - even in non traditional forms such as artistic performance - can access the energetic teaching and inspiration from Aesha without conscious awareness.
