They need our light and love more than ever now to transition appropriately or to live through this time.

...and let's not forget tangible, physical help and donations. It's very easy when you deal with spiritual thoughts and conscious creation to think that things will magically change by energy work and prayer. I think they help, but it's more that they help create a space where it's easier to do physical work. Someone still has to be there and help people out of the rubble.
