Frequency is the vibrational rate of your essence, brought forward and infused into your body.  It is a symbolic measurement of how you process energy and input.  This symbolic measurement is traditionally given as a number between 1 and 100.  This number is arbitrary and only serves as a basis of comparison and understanding of others.

Those with a lower frequency - 35 or below - will seem "mellow", "relaxed", and "chilled".   If the energy is contracted or blocked, this can feel sluggish and ponderous. The tendency is to process slowly and thoroughly.  This processing applies to emotions, thoughts, and actions taken.  The person will tend to be less impulsive, more pondering, and more thorough.  When something is taken in, it is fully taken in and usually does not need to be revisited unless there has been new information supplied.

A higher frequency person will have lots of "sparks", be "high strung" and will often be a whirlwind of energy.  Lives will generally be more active and will bounce from one thing to another, rarely going as deeply into something as a lower frequency person would.  It is not that they possess more energy, but rather that it is expressed with more rapid fluctuations and movements. It is like a high frequency person skims across the ocean on a hovercraft whereas the lower frequency swims underwater.  There is no "better", only a different way of living.

As with male/female energy, most people are in the middle, around 50.  This is "normal".  There is a comfort range when it comes to frequency; if you are next to someone more than 20 points away from your own frequency, there can be discomfort.  You might feel you simply don't "get" the other person and they will not "get" you.  This difference is even more apparant than differences in male/ female energy.  However, there is some flexibility.  With practice, you can temporarily raise or lower your frequency for the purpose of connection with others of a markedly different frequency.  You can also use someone else as a "bridge" - someone whose frequency is in between yours and anothers.  This presence would calm both parties.

As a preference, higher frequencies tend to be chosen by priests and artisans as it complements their multiple inputs and awareness of the non-physical.  Warriors often like lower frequency as it matches their direct experience of life.  There is no rule in this; all is chosen.

Frequency is, again, a bit of an oversimplification.  It is like musical notes: there is a huge variety of tones and timbres that can not be described by labelling it "middle C".   Essence energy is always unique, but the concept of frequency can help you understand why there can be discomfort with certain others in your life and what can help.
