We have directed you in the past to place your attention on some of the changes occurring in your lives during each month.  There is awareness there, then, that change for you is an ongoing condition.  At some times it is more apparent than in others.  We see that for most of you the month of January will likely be one of preparation, a more quiet and reflective month, tying together loose ends of a lot of the inner work that you did last year.  We anticipate issues coming up, being revisited, or even emerging anew that will lead you to draw conclusions based on the inner journey you took last year.  In other words, you will likely be making realizations about the nature of your Self, your life, and your circumstances that you were unable to do before.  Perceptions will just come to you as a matter of course.

That is not to say that they may not be painful, leading you to uncover elements to yourself you hadn't seen before, but they will be leading you down paths you hadn't noticed before.  These paths were present, but your perceptions are sufficiently more altered now to make them more apparent and appealing.  Illness may be prevalent in many of your lives, allowing you to embark on a brief, intense, inward journey, to emerge transformed as usual by the experience.  There is an air also of anticipation as it is undeniable that the state has been set for what's to come and there will likely be an unsettled feeling as you examine what this overall sense of unease portends, both for you and on a worldwide basis.  This sense of unease can manifest in various ways, of course, not only personally but also affecting your relationships with others and with your environment.
